2. IN-115314 is a small-molecule, highly selective topical JAK1 inhibitor being developed for atopic dermatitis. In Korea, Phase 1a/1b reported no adverse events, with negligible systemic exposure due to fast elimination. Given its topical profile, it has the potential to avoid a black box label, aiming to be a first-in-class topical option on that point.

A Phase 2 study is currently ongoing in Korea, with topline results expected in late 2026, and the global plan includes expansion into vitiligo, hand eczema, and EGFR inhibitor-induced dermatologic toxicity.
